CVpass B2B offers two billing models:
Schools: annual flat-fee license. Three tiers based on the number of students supported (Starter 100, Growth 500, Scale 2000). No billing per individual seat.
Outplacement and recruitment firms: price per seat, monthly or annual. Annual plans are billed upfront with a discount of about 15% compared with monthly.
All payments go through Stripe. An invoice compliant with French rules is generated automatically and sent to the billing email entered in /b2b/settings.
To adjust your number of seats during the year (per-seat model only), go to /b2b/billing and click "Manage my billing (Stripe)". You'll land on the Stripe portal, where you can add or remove seats.
Increases are billed pro rata for the current period. Decreases take effect at the next renewal (no immediate refund).
