Each student tailors their resume to every job posting in minutes. Your career services or corporate relations team sees who's making progress, without reviewing resumes one by one.

Your students apply a lot, and hear back very little

A work-study placement to find fast

Work-study students have little time to sign with a company, and it's often the application that holds them back.

Resumes rejected without explanation

Many companies screen applications with software. A poorly built resume gets rejected and the student never finds out why.

Entire graduating classes to support

A career services team can't review and correct every resume for every job posting when it supports several graduating classes.

How it works

  1. 01

You invite your students from your dashboard, via a link or a list of email addresses.

  2. 02

Each student tailors their resume to every internship or work-study posting: missing keywords, rewrites, a resume ready to send.

  3. 03

You track each class's activity and spot the students who need a nudge.

Example

What gets a resume rejected, and what the student fixes

Headline

BTS student (a French two-year vocational degree), motivated and energetic, looking for a company

Work-study sales associate | BTS MCO (retail management)

Recruiters and screening software look for a job title.

Skills

People person, good with customers, enjoys teamwork…

Customer service · Cash handling · Shelf stocking · Inventory management · Upselling

The software matches keywords against the job posting, not sentences.

Experience

Summer job in a store: helped with various tasks

Sales associate (summer fixed-term contract): greeted and advised customers, handled checkout, restocked the clothing section

Each bullet says what was done, in the words of the target job.

You see who's making progress, and who needs a nudge

The school dashboard shows, for each student, the resumes analyzed, the PDFs downloaded and their latest activity. You can spot at a glance the ones who haven't started yet.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Does CVpass work for students looking for an internship or a first job?

Yes. The tool works for any job posting: work-study, internship or first job. The student pastes the posting they're interested in and tailors their resume to that specific role.

How much does CVpass cost for a school or a CFA?

Three annual plans: Essentiel at $1,650 per year for up to 100 students, Campus at $3,850 per year for up to 400 students, and Réseau on quote, from $7,700 per year for multiple campuses. The first 5 schools get 30% off the first year.

How can we test it before committing?

Send 3 to 5 resumes from students who are still looking for a host company, anonymized if you prefer. Within 48 business hours, you get, for each one, what was getting it rejected and the corrected version. It's free, with no commitment.

How much time does it take for our team?

A few minutes to invite students from the dashboard (a link or a list of email addresses). After that, each student works on their own resumes and you check activity whenever you like.

What does the student do in CVpass?

They upload their resume and the job posting they're interested in. CVpass shows them the missing keywords, suggests rewrites for their weak lines and lets them download a resume that recruiters' screening software can read. They can also prepare their cover letter and practice for interviews.

Is there a usage limit per student?

Yes, a generous monthly limit that covers an active search (around twenty resume tailorings per month). It prevents abuse without getting in students' way, and you can request an extension for a student.

Where is student data hosted?

In the European Union (Frankfurt). A data processing agreement compliant with Article 28 of the GDPR is ready to sign, and the workspace is anonymized 6 months after the contract ends if there is no activity.

What happens at the end of the year?

Access lasts one year from the day your workspace opens. You get a reminder 30 days before the end to renew; without renewal, student access stops.

See the difference on your students' resumes

Send 3 to 5 resumes from students who are still looking for a host company. For each one, you get what was getting it rejected and the corrected version.
