From /b2b/members, click "Invite a member". Enter the work email and choose the role (Member by default, Administrator if needed).
The recipient gets an email with a magic link valid for 14 days. Once they accept, they join the organization and one seat is used.
Pending invitations appear in the "Pending invitations" table below the member list. Until they are accepted, they don't use a seat.
Member vs. Administrator: - Member: uses CVpass with the organization's branding. Cannot see other members, billing or aggregated analytics. - Administrator: manages members, branding and billing, and has access to analytics. Several administrators can coexist.
If the seat limit is reached, the API returns a 402 error. Increase the number of seats from the /b2b/billing page before sending new invitations.
