From /b2b/settings (administrators only), Branding section:

Logo: upload a PNG, JPEG or WebP file, 512 KB maximum. A square format or a 4:1 ratio is recommended. The logo appears in the footer of every PDF generated by your members and in the header of invitation emails.

Primary colour: use the picker or type a hex code (#rrggbb format). This colour tints the sections, headings and accents of the PDFs, as well as the CTAs in transactional emails.

Branding is included in paid plans (Essentiel, Campus, Réseau and the plans for recruitment and outplacement firms). It is not available during a trial.

Changes apply instantly: any newly exported CV or newly sent invitation uses the new branding right away. CVs already downloaded are not updated retroactively.

Note: SVG files are accepted on upload but are not rendered in PDFs (a technical limitation of the generation library). Use PNG or JPEG for consistent display.
