How much time does it take for our team?
A few minutes to invite students from the dashboard (a link or a list of email addresses). After that, each student works on their own CVs and you check activity whenever you like.
What does the student do in CVpass?
They upload their CV and the job posting they're interested in. CVpass shows them the missing keywords, suggests rewrites for their weak lines and lets them download a CV that recruiters' screening software can read. They can also prepare their cover letter and practice for interviews.
Is there a usage limit per student?
Yes, a generous monthly limit that covers an active search (around twenty CV tailorings per month). It prevents abuse without getting in students' way, and you can request an extension for a student.
Where is student data hosted?
In the European Union (Frankfurt). A data processing agreement compliant with Article 28 of the GDPR is ready to sign, and the workspace is anonymised 6 months after the contract ends if there is no activity.
What happens at the end of the year?
Access lasts one year from the day your workspace opens. You get a reminder 30 days before the end to renew; without renewal, student access stops.
