How is the AI trained to understand our target industries?
CVpass uses OpenAI models with no extra layer trained on your data: job-to-CV matching happens on the fly, based on the content of the job posting you upload. No client data feeds model training.
Does the branded PDF really carry our firm's branding?
Yes: logo, primary colour and footer text can be set in the organisation settings. The cover page can be customised with your firm's name and tagline. Included in all plans.
Can we include the CVpass score in our program reports?
Yes: a PDF export of the before/after report is included, with the ATS score, the keywords added and the improvement gained. A standardized document you can hand to the corporate client funding the program.
What happens during a busy spell (10 new clients at once)?
Seats are assigned on the fly. Above your plan quota, we adjust at the end of the month at the prorated unit price. No service interruption during peaks. The Pro plan is recommended above 10 active consultants.
Do clients keep access after the program ends?
Client access is tied to your firm license: by default, access ends when the program ends. A 90-day "post-program access" option is available on the Team and Pro plans.
Are the DPA and GDPR compliance ready for our DPO?
Yes: signable Article 28 DPA, Supabase hosting in Frankfurt (EU), OpenAI API with no model training, anonymisation after 6 months. Suited to the requirements of public and private contracting authorities. See /b2b/securite-rgpd.
Monthly or annual: which commitment should we choose?
Annual is recommended: -15% vs. monthly and a stable price. Monthly is available with no long-term commitment and 30 days' notice. Switch from monthly to annual at any time, with a prorated credit on the next invoice.
